Shipping Policy
Domestic Standard Delivery (3-5 days) – FREE
- FREE for orders within INDIA
- Orders will be dispatched on weekdays; Monday – Saturday (excluding public and bank holidays)
- During holiday season & sale events, online orders are processed within 5-7 days
International Standard Delivery (7-15 days) – Flat Shipping Rate
- Delivery charges are based on the total weight of the order.
- International shipping charges are not inclusive of any duties, tax or broker fees.
- We ship globally, but please note that orders delivered to the United Kingdom, Europe, USA or other countries may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes. These charges are set by your country’s authorities and are the customer’s responsibility.
- Our company is not liable for any delay in the delivery due to local government restrictions and policies.

Cancellations
- Orders placed online can be cancelled via email to support@themarbleous.com within 24hrs of placing the order. Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not accepted.
- Refunds of cancelled orders take 3-5 business days (Excluding public and bank holidays)
Returns & Refunds
Note: COD charges are service fees and are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- For Domestic Customers
- Returns are acceptable for buyers in India ONLY in case of Faulty Items – (Incorrect or damaged)
- We are very disappointed on the rare occasions our customers receive a faulty item. Every order before dispatch, undergoes a rigorous quality check to ensure that each product is dispatched in prime condition and there is no wear and tear during packaging.
- Any fault identified must be reported via email to support@themarbleous.com along with the images of the faults, within 2 days of the delivery.
- The item should be in perfect condition, unused, and with their original packaging along with the original Invoice.
- Once the fault is approved by our team, your order will be eligible for refund or return and will be notified via email.
- The shipping of the faulty items should be arranged & incurred by the customer and the same should be repacked & shipped to the address below : AYNSH IMPEX,

- Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns on products purchased online for international buyers.
